Please contact us. We will do our best to work something out, such as moving your dates, but a refund inside this window is not guaranteed.
Peak dates
On national holidays, festival periods, long weekends and the New Year week, 50% of your payment is refunded whenever you cancel, however much notice you give. If you are not sure whether your dates fall in a peak period, message us before you book and we will confirm.

Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 88704 67560, or email infantarun26@outlook.com, with your name and booking reference (it is in your confirmation email).
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method — the same UPI account, card, bank or wallet — through our payment provider, Razorpay. After a refund is issued, banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it in your account.
