The Coastal Calm is a private homestay at No.15, St. Francis Assisi Street, Kuruchikuppam, Pondicherry 605001, run by its owner, Infant Arun. These terms apply to every booking made on thecoastalcalm.com.
What you are booking
A stay at the property: a single floor, both upper floors (The Whole Upper House) or the entire house (The Whole Coastal Calm). Each floor is a self-contained home with its own bedrooms, kitchen and living hall. The service is provided in person at the property; nothing is shipped.
Booking and payment
The full amount is paid online at the time of booking through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment succeeds, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and vary by date; Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights carry a weekend surcharge. The total shown in the price summary before you pay is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
Guests
Each option has a guest limit, shown on the reserve page. Up to 2 guests above that limit can be added for ₹500 per extra guest per stay.
Discount codes
Discount codes are single use and are applied when you book. A code is checked against the specific floor, dates and guest count it was entered with.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, message us — we accommodate whenever the calendar allows.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We ask guests to treat the house as their own quiet retreat. The rooftop terrace is shared by guests of the 1st and 2nd floors and is not part of the ground floor.
