The Coastal Calm rises in three floors in the heart of Pondicherry — each a self-contained residence with its own bedrooms, kitchen and living hall. Book a single floor, or take the whole house. The rooftop terrace, strung with lights beneath the open sky, belongs to the 2nd floor when it is booked — and welcomes 1st floor guests when it is not.

The house sits on a quiet street in Kuruchikuppam, at the edge of Pondicherry's French Quarter — close enough to hear the waves. Walk out of the gate and you are a minute from Rock Beach; the cafés, boutiques and mustard-yellow streets of White Town are a short ride away.

Guests of The Horizon Suite (2nd floor) have priority — whenever the 2nd floor is booked, the terrace is theirs alone. When the 2nd floor is unbooked, guests of The Verandah Floor (1st floor) are welcome to enjoy it, subject to availability.
Yes — each floor is a fully self-contained home with its own bedrooms, kitchen, and living hall. You can book one floor, two, or take the entire house.
No — each floor has one common bathroom shared by its bedrooms, in the hallway rather than en-suite. The 2nd floor bathroom features a deep-soak tub.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We ask guests to treat the house as their own quiet retreat.
