From first visit to first rent
We visit your house
We walk through it with you, look at the location, size and condition, and tell you honestly whether it suits guests.
We agree a fixed rent
One monthly amount and a lease term, in writing. The dates you want to keep for family go into the same agreement.
We set it up, at our cost
Furnishing and photos, then we list it on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, and take direct bookings.
Rent arrives every month
We host every guest and look after the house. You receive the same rent each month, whatever the bookings.
Questions owners ask us first
- How is the monthly rent decided?
- After the visit we look at the area, size, condition and how many guests the house can host, then offer one fixed figure. It does not change with bookings.
- What if a guest damages something?
- We repair or replace it at our cost. That promise is written into the lease, so you never have to chase anyone.
- Who pays for furnishing?
- We do. Everything we add is listed in the agreement, so it is always clear what belongs to whom.
- Can I still stay in my own house?
- Yes. Tell us your dates in advance, we agree them in the lease, and the house is kept free for you.
- Which areas do you take?
- Anywhere in Pondicherry. Houses in White Town and near the beach suit guests best, but tell us where yours is and we will be honest about it.
- How long is the lease?
- We agree the term with you. A longer lease lets us invest more in furnishing and keeps your rent steady for longer.
